Although LoadShield employs reasonable administrative, technical, organizational, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, no method of electronic transmission, cloud storage, or cybersecurity program can guarantee absolute security.

Accordingly, LoadShield cannot warrant or guarantee that unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of information will never occur.

Users acknowledge these inherent risks when using internet-connected technologies and agree to take reasonable precautions to protect their own information and devices.
